Charles A. Banker, III built his law practice on a standard
of excellence that is evident throughout his 18+ years of trial
experience. With expertise in State and Federal Courts in Texas
and throughout the United States, Mr. Banker has represented
clients in a wide range of felony cases. Many of them were high
profile cases that gained notable media and public attention,
particularly in the state of Texas. His experience with representing
clients before prestigious courts such as the United States
Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court provide him with a
unique perspective in handling serious felony cases.
Mr. Banker's memberships in local and national associations
such as the National Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense
Lawyers Association, and the Christian Legal Society, along
with his prominent and respected reputation within the legal
defense community provide him with a broad range of resources
and relationships that contribute to his success.
Mr. Banker is a Board Certified Criminal Law Practitioner who
graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree from the University of
Texas at Austin in 1980. His other achievements include: Masters
Degree in Theology from Regent College in Vancouver B.C., Canada;
Masters Degree in Legal and Constitutional History from Rice
University in 1986; legal training at the University of Houston
Law Center with a J.D. in 1985. Mr. Banker is a member of the

Rose A. Banker
Rose A. Banker is a licensed Master Social Worker and Advanced
Clinical Practitioner with 16 years of experience in working
with individuals, couples and families. Her areas of expertise
are addiction and behavior modification. She is also trained
in biblical counseling and has found that this approach is an
effective tool for change in the lives of the people with whom
she consults.
Mrs. Banker graduated from the Worden School of Social Work
at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas in
1989.
